The official collaboration between 4XC and rising tennis star Hamad Medjedovic started this week. However even before the official announcement, Hamad Medjedovic showcased his support to 4XC by wearing branded apparel during Madrid Masters, which seemed to bring him luck as he secured victories over three top 100 players and won his first ever main draw match in a Masters 1000 tournament.
And once again in Rome Hamad Medjedovic claimed victory in his debut at the Internazionali BNL d’Italia in Rome, defeating Australian Alexei Popyrin 6-3, 6-2. Medjedovic, aged 20, showcased his dominant game, winning 88% of his first-serve points against Popyrin.
Hamad Medjedovic’ journey to success is nothing short of remarkable. Born on July 18, 2003, in Novi Pazar, Serbia, he exhibited tennis talent from an early age. Relocating to Belgrade at the age of 10 to pursue his dream of becoming a professional tennis player, he quickly rose through the ranking, securing his first Challenger title at just 19 years old in Germany. His continued success saw him break into the top 200 in May 2023 and make his Grand Slam debut at the French Open. Additionally, he reached his first ATP semi-final in Gstaad, further solidifying his place among tennis’ elite. In 2023, Hamad Medjedovic won the Next Gen ATP Finals trophy in Jeddah. He made a triumph, winning the first-ever five-set final in the tournament’s history.
With a career-high ATP singles ranking of world No. 102 achieved on October 16, 2023, and a peak ITF junior ranking of world No. 9, Hamad Medjedovic is undoubtedly a force to be reckoned with in the tennis world.
